Count Mallow

Count Mallow was the ruler of Frigia, while Queen Freya was absent. During his twenty-year rule, he made an agreement to only supply Ming with Frigian ice. In return, Ming allowed Mallow rule Frigia.

However, after Queen Freya regained her throne in the episode "Cold Day in Hell", Mallow was sentenced to be frozen for twenty years, to match Freya's own previous imprisonment.
