Bolgar

Bolgar is the leader of the Turin canton.
In the episode "Blame", his son was poisoned by contaminated water and he blamed Terek for it. He sought to kill Terek, but Flash Gordon interceded and promised to find a cure for the poison, as long as Terek was unharmed. Later in the episode, Flash returned with the cure, setting Terek free and making peace with the Turins.
